I only collect and process the data strictly necessary when you interact with the site:

Contact form data: your name, email address and the content of your message, which you provide voluntarily so I can respond to your enquiry.

3. Purpose

Your data is used solely to prepare proposals and communicate with you. I do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies, live chat and tracking

This site uses no advertising tracking and sets no tracking cookies. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that measures aggregate visits without personal data or cookies. It does use a third-party live chat tool (Tawk.to) so we can answer your questions. When you open the chat, Tawk.to may set functional cookies and process the information you choose to share in order to deliver the conversation; this data is handled under Tawk.to's own privacy policy. If you don't open the chat, no chat data is collected.

Under European law you have the right, at any time, to request:

access to the personal data I hold about you;
correction or full deletion of that data (the "right to be forgotten").
